 The Heritage

Mount Broughton Golf & Country Club has been designed for those who truely appreciate golf’s rich Scottish Heritage.

Tradition abounds…. from the echos of old Scotland, to the old-fashioned values of course etiquette, to the commararderie of the club house and the privilege of a superb country retreat.

Its a gentler and more thoughtful game you experience at Mount Broughton …as we say its “Golf the way it was meant to be.”

Dress Code

Golfers are required to wear traditional or contemporary golfing attire. Collared shirts and tailored shorts or trousers. Denim jeans or football clothing is not permitted. Golf shoes must be worn when practising or playing.

Note: Please do not put our staff in the uncomfortable position of having to refuse you access to the course for non-adherence to these rules

Etiquette

Consideration for other players is the essence or good golfing etiquette.

  • Repair your divots and pitch marks and rake your disturbances to bunkers.
  • Keep all golf carts and buggies 10m from the greens.
  • Keep within one hole of the group in front so you do not hold up the group behind. If you fall behind the group in front, please let the group behind play.
